Go 4.9 miles and turn right on County Road 62. Go 1.4 miles and turn left on County Road 95. Go 0.3 miles and the property is on the right. Look for the Auctions United signs.
On the real estate, a 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid and due the day of the sale. The balance is due at closing within 30 days. On the personal property, a 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid. The total amount will be due the day of the sale. Removal of purchased items is the responsibility of the buyer and should be removed by the end of the day. Cash or personal check gladly accepted. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
